Upon developing a depth of experience across property transactions, you have formed relationships with executives of ASX listed organisations, developers and investors into the Australian market. You have a technical skillset that sees you involved in all aspects of property law with significant experience across sales and acquisitions and leasings of commercial and retail properties.
Although your current platform has allowed you to form a meticulous skillset, it may have hindered your ability to fully capture relationships and a steady influx of work for yourself directly. Whether you are in your first 1-2 years of Partnership being overshadowed by more traditional senior leaders or at the Senior Associate / Special Counsel level waiting for that final tap on the shoulder, this option will deliver a seat at the table and encourage you to actively pursue further development to your practice.

You will have a strong academic background and a minimum of 8 years’ post admission experience across a breadth of property transactions.
